Quality Policy
Quality is the basis of trust between us and our customers, also the consensus between us and our third parties.
We follow international standards for quality management and various testing. Inspection items include dimensional inspection, hardness, torque, hydrogen embrittlement, etc.
Frequent product inspections both in our test room in factory and as part of our incoming goods inspections in our warehouses contribute to sustained quality.

Optical projector
Both our factory and quality control room are equipped with optical projectors to routinely inspect product dimensions and production quality. -
Optical sorting machine
Our optical sorting machine can apply on many kinds of bolts and screws which can meet the different need of customers. -
Multi-function concentricity gauge
Both our factory and quality control room are equipped with multifunction concentricity gauge, which can measure various geometric tolerances including concentricity, perpendicularity, deflection, roundness, surfaceness, straightness, etc.

Hardness test
Our hardness test including Rockwell and Vickers hardness test. -
Torque test
Through testing, we ensure that the tightness of the product and the torsional performance of certain components meets the torsion requirements. -
Hydrogen embrittlement test
Through testing, we ensure that the product does not break due to hydrogen embrittlement during processing, heat treatment, pickling, electroplating, etc.
